We stand behind our Vitaran 3 Step Routine Set. Give it a real go, and if you are not happy with how your skin looks and feels, we will make it right with a swap or store credit.

How it works

  1. Use the full routine, morning and night, for at least three weeks.
  2. Email Sam at samantha@salmondna-australia.com.au within 30 days of your order being delivered.
  3. Include your order number, a line or two on how you used the routine and how your skin felt, and a photo of your products.
  4. Choose a swap for another Salmon DNA Australia product of the same value, or store credit for the amount you paid. We ship your swap free.

The fine print

  • One promise per customer and household, on your first purchase of the set.
  • Applies to sets bought at full price from www.salmondna-australia.com.au. It does not apply to sets bought on sale, with a discount code, from another seller, or received as a gift with purchase.
  • The promise is a swap or store credit. It is not a cash refund.
  • Store credit is issued as a gift card to the email on your order.

Your consumer rights

This promise is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which it does not limit. If a product is faulty, not as described or damaged in transit, contact us and you will be entitled to a replacement or refund.
