What is the best routine for using a Skin Booster?

Please note:  all active skin boosters will be extremely light weight in texture & absorb very fast therefore it is best to divide your face into sections (five is ideal) and apply as you go.  Making sure the area is moist during treatment.Directly after treatment apply a Curenex Mask, over the top if the mask use a Near Infrared Red Light Mask for 20 minutes, then apply specific aftercare:  Vitaran Skin Healing Series or Cell to Derm Urea Cream to protect your skin whilst healing

What is the difference between PDRN and polynucleotides?

Both are derived from DNA fragments, but they differ in molecular weight. PDRN has a lower molecular weight (50–1,500 kDa), which allows it to penetrate the skin more effectively and activate specific cell repair pathways. Polynucleotides (PN) have a higher molecular weight and work more on the skin's surface to improve hydration and texture. Many professional skincare products use PDRN for its deeper regenerative benefits.

Is salmon DNA skincare safe?

What is the difference between Curenex and VITARAN?

VITARAN focuses on the Skin Healing Series, which combines salmon DNA with complementary ingredients for a complete daily skincare routine. Both deliver medical-grade PDRN but serve slightly different use cases.

Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. Every product is sourced directly from authorised Korean manufacturers. We do not sell grey market or parallel imports. Each batch undergoes quality verification before being listed on our store.

Can I use PDRN products at home or do I need a professional?

We offer products for both professional and at-home use. Our PDRN serums and daily skincare products are designed to be used safely at home. Some skin booster ampoules are designed for use with microneedling devices — we recommend following the instructions provided and starting with a gentle approach if you are new to at-home treatments.

Exosomes

What are exosomes in skincare?

Exosomes are tiny vesicles (30–150 nanometres) that carry growth factors, proteins, and genetic material between cells. In skincare, exosomes are used to deliver powerful regenerative signals directly to skin cells, supporting repair, reducing inflammation, and boosting collagen production. They are one of the most advanced ingredients in Korean professional skincare.

Can I combine exosome products with PDRN?

Yes, and many professionals do. PDRN and exosomes work through complementary pathways — PDRN activates cell repair at the DNA level while exosomes deliver growth factors that accelerate healing and rejuvenation. Using them together can enhance results, particularly after microneedling.

Microneedling

Can I use your serums with a microneedling?

Yes. Several of our PDRN skin boosters and serums are specifically formulated for use with microneedling. They are designed to be applied during or immediately after microneedling to maximise absorption and support the skin's healing response. Always follow the product instructions for needle depth and application guidance.

How often should I microneedle with PDRN serum?

For at-home microneedling with shorter needle lengths (0.25–0.5mm), most people can safely treat once every 1–2 weeks. For deeper treatments, allow 4–6 weeks between sessions. Always allow your skin to fully heal before your next treatment, and apply PDRN serum both during and after the session for best results.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from Gold Coast, Australia via Australia Post. This means fast domestic delivery times compared to retailers shipping from overseas.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes  we offer free standard shipping for all orders of $100 and over.  Express shipping is a flat rate of $22 within Australia and if your order is less than $100 standard shipping is a flat rate of $15.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Afterpay, PayPal, Shop Pay, all major credit cards, and American Express. Afterpay allows you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we focus on shipping within Australia. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us through our contact page and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Skin Concerns & Advice

I have sensitive skin — can I use PDRN products?

PDRN is generally well-tolerated, even by sensitive skin, due to its anti-inflammatory properties. However, we recommend patch testing any new product on a small area of skin before full application. If you have specific skin conditions or allergies, consult your dermatologist before starting a new skincare regimen.

How long before I see results from PDRN skincare?

Most people notice improved hydration and skin texture within 1–2 weeks of consistent use. More significant improvements in fine lines, elasticity, and scarring typically become visible after 4–8 weeks of regular use. Results vary depending on your skin condition, the products used, and whether you combine them with treatments like microneedling.
