Glow Bank questions
How does it work?
Choose $100, $250 or $500 and check out. Your Glow Bank gift card arrives by email straight away. By 1 November we add your bonus ($20, $60 or $150) as store credit on your account, using the email you checked out with.
What if I want to spend it now?
You can. Your gift card works straight away. Your bonus credit is separate and is added by 1 November, whether you spend your gift card now or later.
What can I use it on?
Anything in store, including our Christmas Gift Sets.
How long does it last?
Your gift card amount is valid for 3 years. Your bonus credit is valid until 31 January 2027.
How do I use my bonus credit?
Log in to your account at checkout with the same email and your credit shows as a payment option. Use your gift card code at checkout too.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. Your gift card can be forwarded to someone else. The bonus credit stays on your account for you to spend.
Can I use a discount code as well?
The Glow Bank cannot be combined with any other offer or discount code. The bonus is your reward.
Can I use Afterpay?
Yes. Choose Afterpay at checkout.
What if I cancel or get a refund?
The bonus credit is only for Glow Banks that are kept. If your Glow Bank is cancelled or refunded, the bonus credit is not added, or is removed if it has already been added.
Can I buy more than one?
Yes. Buy as many as you like. Every Glow Bank you buy gets its own bonus. For example, two $500 Glow Banks get $300 bonus credit.
Is there a limit?
No limit per person. Buy as many as you like. The first 50 Glow Banks are open until Tuesday 27 October 11:59pm, and any further release will be announced on this page. Retail customers only.
